Single Session
Ideal if you need focused support with a specific concern. This could involve reviewing your eating habits, clarifying a question, or receiving personalized guidance you can put into practice right away.
Foundations Package (Two Sessions)
Two sessions that build on each other: in the first, we create your personalized nutrition plan; in the second (about a week later), I guide you on how to integrate supportive practices and routines into your daily life. This package is a great starting point, especially if you want clear direction and support in your first steps.
6-Week Reset
Perfect if you’re looking for targeted support over a shorter period. During these six weeks, we focus on areas such as improving digestion, boosting energy, and restoring your body’s natural balance in daily rhythms.
3-Month Program
The best choice if you’re seeking consistency and more comprehensive guidance. We work step by step, addressing the root causes, building new habits, and adjusting the process based on your body’s response. This way, change becomes steady, natural, and sustainable.
Many women begin with a Single Session or the Foundations Package, and then continue with the 6-Week Reset or the 3-Month Program.
Q: Will I need to follow strict rules, track calories, or stick to a set meal plan?
No. My approach is not based on calorie counting or rigid meal plans. Instead, you’ll receive personalized guidance, seasonal meal ideas, and a flexible framework that adapts to your lifestyle and preferences.
The goal is to create a way of eating that is nourishing, enjoyable, and easy to sustain in the long term.
Q: What can I expect from an online session?
Online sessions are equally personal and effective as in-person ones. They follow the same process, with the only difference being that weight measurement is not included. Read here for a detailed overview of what to expect from a session.
Q: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, except in cases of emergency.
