Foundations Package (Two Consultations)
An ideal starting point for women who want to care for their health in a holistic way.
The two sessions build on each other:
the first lays the foundation with your personalized nutrition plan, while the second, held 1–2 weeks later, guides you in integrating practices and routines that support you in your daily life.

Session 1 — Nutrition Foundations (75 min)
We review your health history and set clear goals together. We identify challenges and create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your needs and pace.
Session 2 — Lifestyle & Rhythm
(40 min, one week later)
In this session, we discuss your progress, adjust your nutrition plan, and work together on simple practices such as mindful eating, stress-management techniques, and seasonal Ayurvedic routines.
