Welcome. I’m Ioanna Nikolaou.

I am a licensed Dietitian–Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition.

My work focuses on women’s health, combining evidence-based nutrition with a holistic approach.

I integrate nutritional support with nervous system regulation practices, as well as Ayurvedic principles that help you establish stable routines and align with the natural rhythms of everyday life.
