What's Included
Initial Consultation · 75 minutes
We begin by reviewing your nutritional and medical history, lifestyle, and habits, as well as assessing any recent lab results. Together, we clarify your goals and lay the foundation for your personalized nutrition plan.
Five Follow-Up Sessions · 40 minutes
Every two weeks, we review your progress, address challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. These sessions help you stay consistent while gradually integrating nutritional strategies, body-centered practices, and seasonal routines that support and empower you in a holistic way.
On weeks without a session, we’ll have a short 10-minute call to check in and see how your week went.

We will incorporate gentle practices such as mindful eating and diaphragmatic breathing, which help you manage stress more effectively, support digestion, boost your energy levels, and improve sleep quality.
