Hi, I’m Ioanna Nikolaou.
I am a Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition and additional training in Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle practices that support balance and well-being.
In my work, I combine nutritional science with traditional wisdom, transforming them into simple, practical strategies that can become part of your daily life.
I view women’s health as an interconnected whole, where each system influences the others. Even small, consistent changes can restore balance in the body and transform your quality of life.
My role is to listen carefully to your story, identify the patterns that shape your health, and guide you with care toward rhythms of living that are both supportive and sustainable.
My Journey
My journey began with a BSc in Dietetics from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, followed by an MSc in Sports Nutrition from Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
Early in my career, I supported people from diverse backgrounds, but I was soon drawn to the field of women’s health. I came to realize that the female body is in constant flow, moving through cycles, life stages, and daily shifts in energy, mood, and digestion that profoundly shape how we feel and function.
What started as curiosity has become the foundation of my work: supporting women in a way that respects their rhythms and honors the wisdom of their bodies.
Personal experiences have deeply influenced the direction of my work. I lived in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, one of the world’s Blue Zones, known for its longevity, where daily life revolved around seasonal eating, natural movement, genuine connection, and true rest.
Later, I traveled to India, the birthplace of Ayurveda, where I trained in Ayurvedic nutrition, while also deepening my practice in traditional pranayama, and meditation.
These experiences taught me to see the body not only through the lens of science, but also as part of a larger rhythm, one influenced by the seasons, the environment, and the inner state of the mind.

My Approach
I combine evidence-based nutrition with body-centered practices and Ayurvedic principles, always tailored to your individual needs and rhythms. My goal is to make change steady and sustainable, through small steps that honor your body’s signals and gradually nurture both physical and emotional well-being
